Great service! We recently had a problem getting the scanning feature on a new MFX-1450 from ABE to work within our IT system. ABE sent us not just one, but two technicians, first Clint and then Ryan, and within two days everything was hooked up, programmed correctly, and ready to go. Copier service I work for the Department of Health and Human Services in Greenville County. We were having some problems with our copier recently so we placed a service call. The technician, Andrew Brooks, who serviced our machine was very thorough and professional. He did a complete cleaning and he even showed me how to load the staples. Great Service Technician I wanted to write and commend the performance of Andrew Brooks last week. I was having some difficulty with my copier (a BizHub) and put in a service call. Mr. Brooks was at my office promptly, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He came back the next day with a piece of replacement equipment. He was professional and knowledgeable, and as noted, very prompt. I operate a small law practice, and when our copier is down, we have a serious problem. Mr. Brooks' attention to our problem was no different than a large customer would have received. I very much appreciate the fact that your technicians treat a very small client -- like my business --with as much attention as any larger, and more lucrative client would receive. Morosani & Associates We wanted to let you know how pleased we are with Klick File Web. The program is very simple to learn and use. It also provides the convenience of being able to "pull files" without ever leaving our desks.

Service technician is a keeper Yesterday one of your service technicians came to our office to do a service call on our copy machine. This technician is named Andrew Brooks. He is certainly a keeper. He did a great job on servicing our copier. He cleaned it like it has never been cleaned before inside and out. Also did some preventive maintenance to keep it running smoothly and making good copies continuously. He has been the best technician that has been to our office. Our machines get a lot of use and need to be in tip top shape to serve the public.
