Greg was extremely helpful and took the time to explain the problem we were having with our printer/copier. He showed me things I could do myself and made recommendations for preventing the issue. He checked the machine thoroughly and cleaned what needed cleaning prior to finishing up. He is knowledgeable and helpful and extremely polite and friendly. Great person to have on your team in my opinion.
