As ABE’s Operations/Service Manager, Mike Cordiale manages a diverse team of technicians, delivery, inventory, Help Desk personnel and IT experts, all working towards a common goal: to provide excellent customer service after the sale with integrity and accountability. But Mike is at home coaching sports teams as well! After 5pm you’ll frequently find Mike donning a headset in his role as Coach Cordiale, for the Enka HS Football team. We sat down with Mike to ask a few questions about his after-hours career.
