ENX Magazine announced that Advanced Business Equipment is among the nation’s top office technology dealerships chosen this year as a 2020 Elite Dealer.
Each year, ENX Magazine judges Elite Dealer applicants on a number of criteria, from technical service excellence to growth initiatives, technology leadership, marketing proficiency, industry accolades and philanthropy. Only the best dealers in the office and imaging technology community are chosen. This year 117 dealers nation-wide were chosen for demonstrating quality service, sales and support; an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction; core values that emphasize taking care of the client and employee; and a willingness to pivot to the ever-changing business needs of the end-user community.
“As the pandemic has shown us, the true mark of a quality vendor is that ability to counsel clients through difficult circumstances and provide products and services that speak to their imminent and long-term needs,” said Susan Neimes, managing editor of ENX Magazine and ENX The Week in Imaging. “Even during this trying time for the business community at large and our industry in particular, the office technology dealer space has mobilized to ensure the business continuity of its clients. This year’s Elite Dealer class is a shining example of the perseverance and entrepreneurial spirit that continues to drive our nation forward.”
This marks the 4th consecutive year that ABE has received this distinction. “It’s an honor and a privilege to be recognized alongside so many other respected companies within the dealer community,” said Kevin Jackson, President and CEO of Advanced Business. “While meeting and exceeding customer expectations is a tenet of our mission, never has this been more important than during this pandemic year. Our customers now know they can count on us to be there to meet unexpected needs like having to adapt to a fully or partially remote workforceovernight, to implementing VPN, to setting up FDA-approved equipment to help them to stay open safely, such as a contactless temperature kiosk.”
ABE provides business hardware such as office MFP & Production Printing Systems and Wide Format, while the IT division offers technology such as Managed IT, Managed Print and Managed Voice. Everyone at ABE understands that without a high level of personal service, customer loyalty is non-existent. In fact, it is ABE’s commitment to clients after the sale that has led to so many long-term relationships.
In 2020, many challenges were overcome by establishing a director of IT, committing to growing the IT division of the business and positioning ABE to be a valued partner for their clients, in 2021 and beyond.
Established in 1981, ABE is a second-generation managed services provider specializing in document workflow software, printers & copiers, managed IT, unified communications, interactive whiteboards and contactless temperature kiosks. We represent Konica Minolta, Canon and OneScreen GoSafe.
