ABE Recognized with 2019 Pro-Tech Service Award from Konica Minolta

We asked Mike Cordiale, Operations & Service Manager for ABE the following question: When you've received the same award for practically 19 years running, does it ever get old?

The Authorized Dealer's Service Department must meet strict requirements to even be considered for the Pro-Tech Service Award. KM evaluates each element of operations across several key parameters to ensure ABE is delivering the best customer and product support for Konica Minolta devices, including technical expertise, dispatch systems, management skills, inventory control systems and customer satisfaction ratings.
