A big shout out to David Hyde, Spotlight Award winner for the first quarter of 2020. As a valuable member of the Help Desk team, David is known for his "patience, and calm demeanor and tone of voice when troubleshooting issues over the phone".
Our Help Desk is the front lines for customers having technical difficulties with equipment, and David is frequently able to remote in and take care of issues without having to send a technician, saving everyone time and lightening the load for our technicians.
Kind and courteous, David is a team player, very knowledgable and eager to help colleagues and customers alike.
David wins 4 hours PTO, his name on a plaque and parking right next to the door for the quarter. Well done, David!
