Just want to say how awesome the people are at Advanced...I can call them with an emergency at 4:57pm on a Friday with an issue on our machine and they make it happen. We can NOT have our machine go down at all, we are open 24/7 and have to print out a lot of stuff so when things like this happens, they swoop in and save the day. Can't ask for more...Amazing Customer Service!!!
