Francis came to our urgent call for help to fix our large copier. We were on a tight deadline completing important printing jobs for a trade show. Francis made sure that all of our items were printed correctly before he left our office to ensure we were able to meet our deadline — we had to send printed items on a flight to California with staff members early the next day.
