Brian went above and beyond to fix my printer as I had an important print job that had to be done by Wednesday morning. He was able to switch out parts from another machine so that my machine could do the special printing. Once he picked up the new replacement part, he came back to Franklin and put the new parts in my printer and took the borrowed parts and replaced them on the other machine. It really helped.
