Technician Chad Angel arrived quickly after call was placed. He was called to fix a problem involving a tray that wouldn’t allow paper to be inserted into the machine and explained the cause of the problem to us. After solving the problem the technician stated while he was here he would go ahead and give the machine a thorough cleaning which was not requested. Good job!!!
