The technician was AWESOME! He called to trouble shoot over the phone first before he came out. This way we could be operating our copier until he arrived. He also took the time to call and update us on his arrival time. Super friendly and very fast … he took the time to show us the problem, and how he fixed it. Also, showed us helpful hints on how to prevent these errors in the future. He also took the time to clean the machine and ask us if we had any other issues that needed help. We were very impressed and would like this technician every time. No complaints and he is a great employee to have on your team. I would recommend his services to anyone! Great work ethic and attitude!
