Your service tech Cameron is exceptional. He spent a long time on the phone with me trying to help me work on the problem so we could be up and running faster. When that still did not work, he came out the next day and not only fixed the problem, he spent another 30 minutes helping me install a scan to folder system which will save me and my company loads of time. Not only does he resolve issues, but he has the graciousness to walk me through each step so I understand how it works and can fix future problems on my own.
