We recently had a problem getting the scanning feature on a new MFX-1450 from ABE to work within our IT system. ABE sent us not just one, but two technicians, first Clint and then Ryan, and within two days everything was hooked up, programmed correctly, and ready to go. Your technicians are so knowledgeable and helpful! Ryan stayed to explain what was done and how the feature worked. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!
