A tech was out faster than I expected. Very much appreciated. He was competent, friendly & helpful. As Larry was checking out the machine, he noticed our drawer #2 was set to thick paper. Not sure when or how that happened but he explained what happens when it is set that way & let me know how to fix it. I appreciate him educating me on that.
