Larry was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and understanding of an intermittent issue that would not repeat while he was watching. The issue was a setting I couldn’t identify. He showed me exactly where it was, and I think I will finally be able to print these particular documents now without spending hours trying to make it work.
