I had some trying issues with the copier and the technicians who came out here went above and beyond trying to figure the issue out. I am grateful for the diligence. They all went above and beyond to fix the copier ... explained every possible issue to me and what to look for in the future. They were very professional, and it was important to them to figure it out.
