I wanted to take the time to compliment one of your techs, Mike Lewis. He always does a nice job when he services our copier, but the last time he came, he replaced the drum, and the copier was still not making quality color copies. He took some time to try this and that and finally ended up recalibrating it. I have since made some color prints and the difference is quite noticeable. I just wanted you to know what a good employee you have in Mike Lewis.
