You don’t know how MUCH I APPRECIATED Matthew’s help by phone with remote assistance. He was great! He didn’t know, but probably could hear in my voice, I was very nervous. He told me exactly what to do and to take my time which helped me calm down. (The problem happened right before ABE's closing time—that told me Matthew also had patience because he said it was OK.) Balfour UM Church bought its first copier from ABE years ago; we're now leasing our first one. We have always been and continue to be a very satisfied customer.
