Tom made two trips. Very good communication regarding what he did and what repair would still need to be done; fixed temporarily and said he would be back after a part was ordered. After the 2nd trip everything works great. He took the time to change the direction of the paper on all the trays the first time so that we could use our printer (while waiting for the part). Tom should get a raise!
