Our copier was printing black streaks about 3/4 of the way down each page so I called ABE. It was so nice to be greeted by a friendly voice instead of voice mail. The dispatcher said he’d send someone right out, and Brian Irish was here within the hour! Brian Irish is not only competent, he is unfailingly kind and great to work with. I knew Brian from the I.T. Department at the hospital, and am thrilled he’s working for ABE now AND I even requested him if available. Brian knew exactly what was wrong and had it repaired and up and running in less than 15 minutes! I would definitely recommend ABE to others and have.
