He did a wonderful job of explaining what the error code meant, what he did to fix the machine, and how we can help prevent the problem from happening again. He checked thoroughly to make sure all was working well on the machine before he called it fixed. And, he gave me time to test a few pieces to assure the problem had been solved before he left!
