Advanced Business Equipment (ABE) has been serving the Asheville, NC and Greenville, SC area business communities since 1981. We are an independent dealer of office technology, including MFP copiers from Konica Minolta and Canon, wide format printers from KIP and Canon, smartboards, and solutions for print software, managed print, IT, and voice. We also offer attentive service after the sale.
As an independent dealer, we are not bound by limiting contracts. This means that we can offer our customers the best current technology from the best manufacturers, without having to report to big brand office supply companies.
Our Help Desk team is local and ready to help you with any technical issues you may have. We can also send a service technician out to you quickly if needed.

Technical Training
Our technicians are factory trained by the manufacturer on the latest technologies. In addition, our technician’s conduct routine in-house training on a regular basis. We maintain a stock of parts at all times to ensure our customers remain operational. Our technicians are top performers in the industry and adhere to our sense of pride and value in our customers.
Service Dispatch
At ABE our technicians are notified via smart phone of incoming service calls so there is no delay in responding to your service requests. Technicians are assigned coverage based on a geographic area so your technician is familiar with your company and the equipment you use.
Service Plans
We also offer a variety of service plans. We can offer a full maintenance program that will cover everything with the exception of paper and staples, a time and materials plan, or we can work with you to create a plan that works best for your company and your budget. The CHOICE is yours.
