We're looking for a stellar Sales Manager to lead our high performance sales team! The primary objective of the Sales Manager is to lead a high performance sales team in achieving continuous revenue and client satisfaction. Achievement of these objectives will be delivered through skills development, coaching, collaboration and communication with employees, peers and clients.
This position has accountability to assist and train the Account Executives to acquire, retain and grow business in new and existing accounts:
  • Manage a team of 5-7 direct reports
  • Experience in being able to hire, coach, develop and retain employees is critical
  • Assess, Qualify and Approve deals
  • Perform sales calls in the field with the Account Executives
  • Forecasting sales and building the Pipeline with new opportunities
  • A focus on major account development and current customer retention
  • Account strategy and presentation development
  • 8-10 years outside sales experience. Experience selling copiers a plus
  • 5+ years sales management experience
  • Strong track record of fulfilling and surpassing revenue quotas
  • Experience working with key decisions makers
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong technology solution selling experience
  • Demonstrated building of CIO and other C-level relationships to influence business strategy enabled by service offerings
  • Demonstrated: sales management of sales team, services selling experience and account business planning associated with winning complex, large scale deals
