ABE Achieves "World Class Service" Level

We are proud to announce that ABE was recognized by CEO Juice with the Net Promoter Score (NPS®) "World-Class Service Award" for 2022. NPS® has become the world standard for measuring customer satisfaction levels. While any company can claim "We have the "best service", through Net Promoter Score we have the transparency of a 3rd party, CEO Juice, automating follow-up surveys to our customers. CEO Juice is an independent AI company with an audited process where every step is controlled by them—the numbers cannot be changed, no matter what.

 CEO Juice tracks the NPS® from participating companies across the country. On the NPS® scale, 100 is the best possible score and -100 the worst possible. The score is based on the answer to a single question: "How likely are you to recommend us to a friend or colleague?

World Class Service is defined as an NPS® score above 70. An NPS score above 0 is considered “Good," 50+ is “Excellent.” and 70+ is “World Class." 

The average US company has a Net Promoter Score of only 10! We think that makes achieving "World Class" level pretty impressive.
